About Our Panelists:

Lee Ann Bonnell

Lee Ann Bonnell served 17 years as a manufacturing engineer, supply chain planner, and Lean Black Belt. During 2020, she earned a Health and Life Coach certification. She now coaches technical professionals on how to exit chaos and enter the life we desire. 

Kaisha McCrea

Kaisha McCrea is a fellow ASCM Richmond member, with an APICS CPIM certification and a Six Sigma Black Belt.  After 17 years serving in DuPont's supply chain, she now coaches professionals and teams on career advancement, productivity, and team building.
