About Our Speaker:
Magnus Akesson is a senior, strategic Digital Technology and software delivery leader with domain expertise in supply chain and manufacturing. He is truly passionate about enabling business growth through Digital product management leadership, business and operating model innovation, cross-functional software delivery, and applied data science.
Magnus Akesson leads a global team that covers Digital Factory and Industry 4.0, ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, Data Engineering & Architecture, Data Analytics, Lean Manufacturing, Restructuring, and Operations. His trade is creating value for our customers through conceiving and delivering industrial software products that automate supply chain networks and shop floor operations, as well as optimize industrial assets and methods through IoT, machine learning and advanced analytics. He also has a background in the design and delivery of enterprise systems to solve supply chain problems, and to accelerate Lean through Digitization. He has done extensive work on global ERP platforms, logistics solutions, customer interaction channels, and data analytics.
