About the Speaker: Jane Mehringer has worked with talent in various industries for 20 years. She started her career working in television production, most notably for Saturday Night Live and Sony Pictures in New York City. Through her work with interns to executives, she discovered her passion to develop others. Since then, Jane has expanded her corporate and coaching experience. She worked with an executive search firm before building the global campus recruiting function and program management areas at Credit Suisse and MetLife.In higher education, Jane served as the Associate Director of Career Services for the Business School at Elon University and currently works as a part-time Career Coach and Professional Development Course Instructor at NC State's College of Management. Jane is the CEO of Bluestone Strategic, a consulting firm that advises C-suite executives, middle management, and university coaches on career development, workforce strategy and crisis management.Jane enjoys community engagement and has held various leadership roles within local, regional and global organizations.
